The RTD Map Server allows you to download RTD GIS layers for use in your own GIS
applications.
Downloading Data
Data Notices
- Data is downloadable in ESRI Shapefile format only. You will need a GIS application
such as ESRI ArcView or ArcReader to view the data. You CANNOT
view this data in Office, Photoshop, or any other desktop imaging software.
- Data is only available for RTD developed and owned layers. Layers such as
streets, imagery, etc are not developed by RTD and are not available for download.
- Data is for planning purposes only, some specific locations and features may be
generalized.
Downloading
- You must agree to the legal agreement before downloading data. Please enter
your name, email, company/agency and purpose of data download. This information
is used purely for data request tracking purposes only. Your information will
not be passed to any other organization.
- Agree to the legal agreement and click 'Submit'.
- Links to the data will appear in the 'GIS Data' section below. You may need
to scroll to the data.
- Click the link to download the data to your local computer.
- Once saved, you will need to unzip the shapefile
- Data can now be used by most GIS software packages.
